Hatch Kitchen is an all-day catering kitchen, cafe and storefront located in the heart of Pico-Robertson. We offer convenient, protein and nutrient-packed grab-&-go solutions with special attention to minimal processing and ethical sourcing.

Sourcing the highest-quality kosher products in bulk can be challenging. Our preferred sources are already vetted for ingredient integrity, ethical supply chains, and sustainability by trusted leaders like Whole Foods.
